Glacial Lakes Dakota Rising helps to promote entrepreneurship by building partnerships and assisting local entrepreneurs to develop their small businesses as a path to a stronger regional economy.

· $5,000 grant, renewable annually for 3 years used to build a strong local network to support entrepreneurship.
